Telecaller

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Initiate outbound calls to potential buyers, promoting residential/commercial projects.
• Sales Coordination: Schedule site visits and client meetings for sales representatives.
• Customer Communication: Explain property features, pricing, and special offers clearly.
• Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with prospects to nurture leads and ensure high conversion rates.
• Query Resolution: Handle inbound calls, addressing client inquiries and overcoming objections. 

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Previous experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably within the real estate, BPO, Insurance, B2C Sales.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport, persuade, and work effectively with a team.
• Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is often preferred.
