  • Roles & Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Explain company products/services clearly and confidently.
  • Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
  • Update customer details in CRM or call management software.
  • Maintain professional communication and positive customer experience.
