Telecalling Executive

Languages Required: Fluent in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam (spoken and understanding); English is a plus

Job Summary:We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecallers fluent in Hindi and Malayalam to join our growing E-Commerce team. Your primary role will be to engage with customers over the phone for online product sales, handle inquiries, provide order support, and resolve issues with a professional and courteous approach.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with queries related to products, orders, delivery, and returns.
• Provide support in Hindi and Malayalam, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction.
• Record and maintain detailed notes of customer interactions and feedback.
• Upsell or cross-sell products wherever appropriate.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments (sales, logistics, returns) to resolve customer concerns.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and sales conversion.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu & Kannada (mandatory)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, order processing systems)
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Prior experience in telesales, BPO, or e-commerce customer support is an advantage
• Educational Qualification:Minimum 12th pass; Graduation preferred
• Compensation:Fixed monthly salary + Incentives (based on performance)
