Job Description
Outbound & Inbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective clients using predefined scripts and handle incoming calls from customers seeking assistance. [1, 2]
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify potential leads, pitch product or service features, and nurture prospects to convert them into sales. [1, 2]
Data Management: Accurately log call details, customer feedback, and follow-up requirements into CRM systems. [1]

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly metrics (e.g., number of calls, sales closed). [1]
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Relay verbal acceptances to the closing sales team and forward important customer feedback to the relevant product departments.
