Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to students and parents regarding Study Medicine/MBBS Abroad programs.
- Explain admission process, eligibility criteria, university details, fee structure, hostel facilities, and visa procedures clearly.
- Counsel students about suitable countries and universities based on their academic profile and budget.
- Follow up regularly with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and SMS to convert inquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and admission status in CRM/software.
- Provide complete information about scholarships, entrance exams (NEET eligibility), documentation, and travel requirements.
- Coordinate with admission and documentation teams to ensure smooth application processing for students.
- Build trust and maintain professional relationships with students, parents, schools, and educational partners.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead conversion, admissions, and student counseling activities.
- Stay updated with the latest international medical university admission policies, visa updates, and education trends.
