Job Description

Job Title: Female Telecalling Executive – Real Estate

Location: Kolathur, Chennai

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time (Work from Office)


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
  • Explain real estate projects, pricing, and offers clearly
  • Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
  • Schedule site visits and meetings for interested clients
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects
  • Handle customer queries professionally
  • Maintain call records and update CRM/Excel data
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
