Job Description

  1. To generate leads and books appointments by calling existing/potential customers about vehicle servicing,
  2. promotions, and repairs, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and updating CRM,
  3. focusing on customer satisfaction and meeting targets.
  4. Key duties include outbound calls, appointment setting (servicing/test drives), handling inbound queries, using software, and upselling offers, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and organizational skills
