Job Description

  • Lead GenerationMake outbound calls to prospective customers from company databases and marketing leads.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
  • Qualify customer requirements and identify genuine buyers.
  • Customer Follow-upFollow up with existing enquiries until closure.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, offers, and amenities.
  • Address customer queries professionally.
  • Appointment SchedulingSchedule site visits with interested customers.
  • Coordinate appointments between customers and sales executives.
  • Confirm appointments and send reminders.
  • CRM ManagementUpdate customer details in CRM software.
  • Maintain accurate call records and follow-up status.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports.
  • Sales SupportAssist the sales team in converting leads into bookings.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaign responses.
  • Inform customers about new launches, offers, and promotional events.
  • Customer RelationshipBuild long-term relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the enquiry process.
