Job Description
Role: Telesales Executive (Gr I to IV based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:
1. Inbound & Outbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential customers and attend inbound inquiries to understand their requirements and convert them into sales
2. Product Promotion: Promote products through Email and SM promotions
3. Lead Conversion: Follow up with leads, explain product offerings, and close sales by assisting customers in selecting the best available products.
4. Customer Interaction: Maintain a professional and courteous tone while communicating with customers, ensuring a positive brand experience.
5. Understanding Customer Needs: Assess customer preferences, travel budgets, and destinations to offer personalized travel recommendations.
6. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, sales, and updates/ reports in respective trackers
7. Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
8. Post Sales: to Handle customer queries/ complaints or post-sale concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction with support from internal operation and service teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience in tele sales, customer service in Home Security, Automation / electrical and electronic products.
- Educational Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Electrical/Electronics/ Computer Science).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional language. Knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasive skills with a target-oriented approach and ability to close sales effectively.
- Customer Focus: Passionate about customer satisfaction and able to handle objections or concerns professionally.
- Computer Knowledge: Comfortable with MS Office tools.
- Multitasking Ability: Able to manage multiple leads and calls in a fast-paced work environment.
- Adaptability: Willing to accept other tasks that are necessary to the primary role.
- Problem Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to resolve customer issues and handle objections efficiently.
- Team Spirit: Cooperative, enthusiastic, and motivated to contribute to team goals and business growth.
