Job Description

  • Make daily outbound calls to potential customers from leads provided.
  • Introduce the company’s tour packages, offers, and services in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Identify customer needs and qualify leads for domestic/international travel packages.
  • Maintain a daily record of calls and follow-up activities.
  • Follow up with interested customers via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
  • Schedule callbacks or appointments for detailed discussions if required.
  • Assist the sales team by passing on hot leads.
  • Convince customers to book packages or schedule consultations.
  • Enter and update customer information in CRM or Excel.
  • Maintain call logs
  • Understand tour itineraries, pricing, seasonal offers, and travel guidelines.
  • Stay updated about visa rules, destinations, and travel trends.
  • Answer queries politely and professionally.
  • Work towards daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
