Key Responsibilities


·       Make Outbound / inbound calls to customers.

·       Promote products / services to customers and generate leads / sales.

·       Handle customers query and provide accurate information.

·       Record customer details and feedback in CRM Systems.

·       Schedule appointments or follow-up calls as needed.

·       Maintain daily call logs and reporting's.
