Telesales Executive

Core Responsibilities:

• Generate Sales & Leads: Initiate outbound calls to prospects to sell products/services and convert leads.
• Customer Engagement: Use persuasive communication techniques and scripts to build rapport and handle objections.
• Meet Targets: Achieve or exceed daily/monthly sales quotas and call volume metrics.
• Database Management: Accurately record details of calls, customer information, and transactions.
• Relationship Management: Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing customers for upselling.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of products/services to answer queries effectively.
