Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers through calls, messages, and emails
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable property options
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients
- Follow up with leads regularly for conversion
- Maintain customer records and update CRM system
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Assist in achieving monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM handling
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under target-based environment
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Experience in sales or real estate preferred
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
Working Hours : 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
