Core Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calling: Actively cold-call or contact provided leads (marketing lists, web-aggregators) to introduce insurance products.
  • Needs Analysis: Evaluate the client’s financial situation, risk profile, and family dynamics to recommend suitable coverage plans.
  • Product Explanation: Clearly articulate policy features, premium amounts, terms, and benefits, ensuring customers make informed decisions.
  • Objection Handling: Address customer doubts, answer queries, and persuade prospects on the value of insurance protection.
  • Lead Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the company’s CRM.
