Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, convert inquiries, and build long-term relationships with B2B customers across industries like FMCG, Pharma, Retail, and Manufacturing. The role involves outbound calling, follow-ups, and coordinating with internal teams to close orders.


  • Lead Generation & CallingMake outbound calls to potential B2B customers
  • Generate new leads through databases, online platforms, and references
  • Introduce company offerings ( labels, stickers, TTR ribbons, etc.)
  • Sales ConversionUnderstand customer requirements and suggest suitable label solutions
  • Share quotations and follow up consistently
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed orders

Coordinate with production/design team for order execution

Update daily call reports and sales pipeline

  • Maintain CRM / Excel database of leads and customers
