Job Description:


  • Lead the telesales team and get the best output from the team      
  • Directly responsible for the revenue through telesales
  • Calling out customer and making a sales pitch
  • Responsible for achieving daily and monthly sales target
  • Maintaining various reports related to Sales
  • Calling up members and explaining the benefits of product and services
  • Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers’ requirements.
  • Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company reputation
  • Handling both inbound and outbound calls
  • Using the CRM/ Cloud telephone for the calling process
  • Monitor the performance of the team and make the course corrections
