Tender Executive

Quest Certification is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tender lifecycle for Government, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), and private sector projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, evaluating tender requirements, preparing and submitting technically compliant and commercially competitive bids, and ensuring timely execution of all tender-related activities.

The ideal candidate should possess proven experience in tender management, bid preparation, documentation, and e-procurement platforms such as GeM, CPP Portal, and State e-Tender Portals. This role requires excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments and maintain strict compliance with tender guidelines, statutory requirements, and submission deadlines. The Tender Executive will play a critical role in supporting the organization's business growth by securing new opportunities and enhancing the company's success in competitive bidding.
