Summary:
As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving methodologies to ensure that testing outcomes meet the highest standards and contribute effectively to the overall product quality.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements in automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dynatrace APM.
- Experience in designing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement using application performance monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with integrating automation tools into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation and application monitoring.
