Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Videographer who can independently handle shooting AND editing for our koi fish farm.

This role requires someone who understands moving subjects, water, reflections, color accuracy, and can convert daily farm activity into high-quality videos for social media and website use.

This is NOT a camera operator role.

Applicants must be able to plan, shoot, and edit end-to-end.

Equipment Provided

• Sony A7 IV (Full-Frame)
• Tamron 28–75mm f/2.8
• RS4 Mini Gimbal
• LED lights, softboxes, reflectors
• Tripod, ND filters

Candidates must already know how to operate professional cameras manually.

Key Responsibilities

• 🎥 Shooting (Primary)Shoot high-quality videos of:
• Koi fish (ponds, tanks, bowls, close-ups, swimming shots)
• Farm activities (feeding, harvesting, packing, quarantine)
• Pond & filtration products
• Handle:
• Manual exposure & white balance
• Reflections on water
• Natural color reproduction (important for koi)
• Use gimbal for smooth motion shots
• Capture content suitable for:
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube videos
• Website product pages
• WhatsApp promotions

✂️ Editing (Mandatory)

• Edit your own footage
• Deliver ready-to-post videos
• Add:
• Clean cuts
• Basic color correction
• Captions, text overlays, music
• Logo placement
• Editing software:
• Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut (any)

Work Environment (Read Carefully)

• Live fish farm environment
• Outdoor & semi-outdoor conditions
• Water, humidity, no studio comfort
• Requires patience and timing

❌ Not suitable for office-only or comfort-zone candidates.

• Working Hours 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday

• Strong shooting + editing skills
• Comfortable working independently
• Attention to detail & discipline
• Willing to grow long-term with the brand

• Only editors (no shooting)
• Freelancers juggling multiple clients
• People uncomfortable with farm conditions

Salary

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on skill & output)

Selection Process

1. Portfolio review (shooting + editing)
2. Practical trial shoot using our Sony A7 IV
