Job Description
Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) – Chennai (T. Nagar)
Industry: Leading Private Bank
Location: Chennai – T. Nagar
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years as a Virtual relationship manager
Salary: Maximum gross up to 30 KPM + incentive
Qualification: Any Graduate
- Key Responsibilities: Handle customer relationships through phone and digital channels.
- Acquire new customers and retain existing customers.
- Sell and cross-sell banking products:
- CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
- Fixed Deposits (FD)
- Insurance
- Mutual Funds
- Credit Cards
- Other retail banking products
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service with timely follow-ups.
- Ensure KYC compliance and follow all banking policies.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and zero-fraud practices.
- Eligibility: 2–5 years of experience in:
- Banking
- Relationship Management
- Telecalling/Inside Sales
- Retail Banking Sales
- Good knowledge of CASA and retail banking products.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience in outbound/inbound banking sales or telecalling.
- Comfortable meeting monthly sales targets.
- Skilled in cross-selling financial products.
- Good customer handling and objection-resolution skills.
- Familiar with KYC documentation and banking compliance.

- How many years of experience do you have in banking or telecalling?
- Which banking products have you sold (CASA, FD, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards)?
- Have you worked on monthly sales targets? What were your achievements?
- Are you comfortable handling customers over phone and digital channels?
