Experience: Minimum 2–5 years as a Virtual relationship manager

Salary: Maximum gross up to 30 KPM + incentive

Qualification: Any Graduate

• Key Responsibilities: Handle customer relationships through phone and digital channels.
• Acquire new customers and retain existing customers.
• Sell and cross-sell banking products:

• CASA (Current & Savings Accounts)
• Fixed Deposits (FD)
• Insurance
• Mutual Funds
• Credit Cards
• Other retail banking products
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service with timely follow-ups.
• Ensure KYC compliance and follow all banking policies.
• Maintain high standards of compliance and zero-fraud practices.
• Eligibility: 2–5 years of experience in:
• Banking
• Relationship Management
• Telecalling/Inside Sales
• Retail Banking Sales
• Good knowledge of CASA and retail banking products.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented with a passion for sales.
• Ideal Candidate ProfileExperience in outbound/inbound banking sales or telecalling.
• Comfortable meeting monthly sales targets.
• Skilled in cross-selling financial products.
• Good customer handling and objection-resolution skills.
• Familiar with KYC documentation and banking compliance.
