About the Organization:
SaveThem India Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to social welfare, community development, and supporting underprivileged individuals across India. The foundation works on various initiatives aimed at creating a positive and lasting impact in society.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the leadership team. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate communications, and actively participate in fieldwork and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior executives
- Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and official communications
- Prepare basic reports, presentations, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
- Maintain records, files, and confidential information
- Assist in organizing events, awareness drives, and campaigns
- Participate in fieldwork to conduct campaigns and outreach programs
- Travel as required for on-ground activities
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Below 12th / 12th pass
- Basic communication skills (local language + basic English preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / smartphone usage
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Willingness to travel and do fieldwork
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
Preferred Qualities:
- Interest in social work and helping communities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Responsible and punctual
