Placement Executive – Job DescriptionThe Placement Executive is responsible for managing and facilitating the end-to-end placement process for candidates, ensuring successful alignment with suitable job opportunities through partner companies and clients.

This role requires a strong combination of recruitment expertise, coordination skills, and relationship management, with a deep understanding of both candidate aspirations and employer requirements.

The Placement Executive plays a critical role in:

• Preparing candidates for the job market through training, resume building, and interview guidance
• Coordinating with outsourcing companies, recruitment agencies, and corporate partners
• Matching candidates with relevant job roles based on skills and career goals
• Managing the interview process, including scheduling, follow-ups, and feedback
• Acting as a bridge between candidates and employers to ensure smooth communication
• Tracking placement progress and maintaining placement records
