Job Description
HR Job Description
1. Handling the entire end to end recruitment life cycle from sourcing, screening, till offering.
2. Sourcing of resources through various job portals.
3. Employee attendance maintenance.
4. Preparation of entire payroll process.
5. Regular monthly returns of Epfo & Esic.
6. Manage Employees’ query.
7. Maintaining employees’ database.
8. Arrange travel accommodations and process expense claim for employees.
9. Employee Performance management and improvement in systems.
10. Looking after various administration works(Coordinating with the vendors,Managing housekeeping materials stock,stationery stock).
11. Ensuring premises, assets and communications are used effectively.
