Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Advertising: Identify potential candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes/applications, conduct phone/video interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
- Hiring Process Management: Collaborate with managers to define job requirements, manage the ATS, and schedule interviews.
- Offer & Onboarding: Extend job offers, manage negotiations, and facilitate onboarding for new employees.
- Strategy & Metrics: Develop recruitment strategies, track metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), and ensure a positive candidate experience.
