Summary:
As a Web Developer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and thoroughly testing web-based applications that support various components of a website. The role includes editing and updating site content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Additionally, documenting technical designs and specifications is a key part of the daily routine. Continuous research is conducted to integrate the latest content and improvements into websites, ensuring they remain current and engaging for users. Collaboration with different teams to align web functionalities with project goals is also an essential aspect of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize web application performance and user experience.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache Hadoop.
- Strong knowledge of web application architecture and development lifecycle.
- Experience with server-side scripting and database management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to web applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of web security principles and best practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Apache Hadoop.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
