Job Description
Arfin India Limited is looking for a result-oriented Purchase Executive to join our procurement team at the Chhatral Plant. If you have a strong background in sourcing, vendor negotiation, and managing purchase operations, we want to meet you!
Location: Chhatral Plant (Local candidates from Chhatral, Kadi, or Kalol preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Negotiation: Finding reliable vendors and securing the best pricing and payment terms.
PO Management: Creating accurate Purchase Orders (PO) and maintaining detailed records.
Inventory Control: Maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring quality standards.
Coordination: Matching Invoices with GRN and coordinating with the Accounts department for timely payments.
Admin Tasks: Handling local transportation and cash purchases efficiently.
Candidate Profile:
Education: Graduate in Any Stream.
Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement (Manufacturing industry preferred).
Skills: Proficiency in Tally and Excel is mandatory.
Attributes: Strong negotiation and communication skills.
