Senior Site Engineer
Experience - 5+ years
Work location - Chikkaballapur only

Mandatory with work experience in Real Estate industry
Job Details below :-
Execute Farm roads, drainage systems, bunds and fencing
Ensure proper slope and drainage and prevent water logging.
Execute irrigation infrastructure (pipelines, pump houses etc)
Oversee installation of drip/sprinkler system as per agronomist design system
Manage construction of farm building (store room, sheds etc)
Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship
Monitor construction schedules and progress
Ensure compliance with safety standards on site
Coordinate with agronomist, contractors, vendors and project managers
Track quantities costs and material usages
Ensure proper testing and commissioning of infrastructure
Plan mainteinance schedule for irrigation and civil works
Support project handover and documentation
Should be strong in reporting and send daily,weekly and monthly reports
Should be ready to travel to other projects or handle same simultaneously based on business requirements
Should accomplish works assigned by HOD/Management
