Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Instrumentation O&M activities of Phosphoric Acid / Fertilizer Process Plant.
  • Perform preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of field instruments and control systems.
  • Maintain Transmitters, Control Valves, Flow, Level, Pressure & Temperature Instruments, Analyzers, PLC, DCS & SCADA systems.
  • Execute shutdown maintenance, calibration, loop checking and commissioning activities.
  • Ensure instrument reliability, minimize breakdowns and improve plant availability.
  • Lead instrumentation team and ensure compliance with HSE practices (PTW, LOTO, JSA & 5S).
  • Maintain SAP PM/MIS reports and monitor maintenance KPIs.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience in Phosphoric Acid Plant / Fertilizer Plant Instrumentation Maintenance is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA and field instrumentation.
  • Experience in calibration, loop checking and instrument troubleshooting.
  • Exposure to plant commissioning and process control systems.
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance, shutdown planning & spare management.
  • Team handling and leadership skills.
  • Safety-focused approach with knowledge of PTW, LOTO & JSA.
  • SAP PM knowledge preferred.
