MIS Analyst

Key Responsibilities

A. MIS Management & Reporting

• Prepare, maintain and analyze MIS reports for management review.
• Collect, consolidate and validate data from various departments.
• Develop standardized reporting formats and automated reporting structures.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely submission of MIS reports.

B. Dashboard Development & Data

• VisualizationDesign and develop interactive dashboards for business and project monitoring.
• Create dashboards for project progress, costing, procurement, productivity and performance tracking.
• Generate visual reports, trackers and analytical summaries for decision-making.
• Continuously improve dashboard usability and reporting efficiency.

C. System & Process Automation

• Identify manual processes and convert them into automated workflows.
• Develop and implement automation in reporting, approvals, tracking and data management systems.
• Develop and support automation through Advanced Excel, ERP/FMS, formulas, scripts, Power BI or other tools as applicable.
• Reduce manual intervention and improve operational efficiency through system automation.
• Recommend and implement continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency.

D. Project Data Automation & Tracking

• Develop automated systems for project-wise data tracking and monitoring.
• Maintain project dashboards covering timelines, budgets, costing and status updates.
• Integrate project data from procurement, accounts and operations for centralized monitoring.
• Improve project control through automated alerts, trackers and performance indicators.

E. Data Management & System

• Development Maintain structured databases and data integrity controls.
• Support implementation and improvement of ERP, MIS and reporting systems.
• Create data validation checks, automation logic and process controls.
• Assist in designing scalable systems for business operations.

F. Cross Functional Support

• Coordinate with Accounts, Procurement, Projects and Management for system requirements.
• Provide management with analytical reports and decision-support inputs.
• Support troubleshooting, user training and adoption of automated systems.

Key Skills Required

• Advanced Excel (Pivot, Lookup, Macros preferred)
