Job Description
Job Title: Project Management Executive / Project Coordinator/Project Manager
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate for Project Management and Production Coordination. The candidate should have strong knowledge of project scheduling, production planning, and coordination between multiple departments to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Required Knowledge & Skills:Gantt Charts
- Project Scheduling
- TNA (Time & Action Plans)
- Production Planning
- Coordination between factory, site, purchase & design teams
- Daily project tracking and reporting
- Key Responsibilities:Prepare project schedules and execution timelines
- Make and maintain Gantt Charts for all running projects
- Create TNA sheets and monitor deadlines
- Coordinate with production, design, purchase, accounts & site teams
- Track approvals, materials, production & dispatch status
- Maintain daily and weekly project reports
- Ensure projects are completed within timelines
- Preferred Skills:Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
- Knowledge of project management tools
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Understanding of factory workflow & furniture production
Preferred Qualification:Candidates having certifications/courses from Google or recognized platforms in:
- Project Management
- Operations
- Data Analytics
Industry Preference:Furniture Manufacturing / Interior / Hospitality Projects
