Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and institutional segments.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, dealers, and key clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored furniture solutions aligned with design and functionality needs.
  • Collaborate closely with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Manage and mentor the sales team (if applicable), ensuring performance targets are met.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
