Accountant

We are looking for a skilled Accountant with strong expertise in Tally and the ability to handle client communication, including sales-related discussions. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and confident in interacting with clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

• Maintain accurate financial records using Tally (100% proficiency required)
• Handle day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Prepare GST filings, invoices, and financial reports
• Bank reconciliation and cash flow tracking
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies

Client Interaction & Sales Support

• Communicate with clients regarding billing, payments, and accounts
• Handle client calls, including basic sales discussions and follow-ups
• Coordinate with clients for outstanding payments
• Support business development by assisting in sales conversations
• Maintain professional relationships with clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Tally (mandatory)
• Basic understanding of GST, taxation, and accounting principles
• Good communication skills (spoken & written)
• Ability to handle client calls confidently
• Basic sales or negotiation skills are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel

Experience

• 6 months–2 years of experience in accounting
• Experience in client handling or sales coordination preferred
