Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Tanne Restro, Arasur (Next to Neelambur Stop), Coimbatore

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–3 Years (Preferred)

Job Summary: Tanne Restro is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage and oversee daily accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hospitality accounting and be comfortable handling financial transactions, compliance, and reporting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end hotel and restaurant accounting operations
• Handle Accounts Receivable & Payable
• Maintain and monitor cashier activities and daily cash flow
• Oversee restro bar stock, purchases, and payment tracking
• Manage restaurant billing and settlement processes
• Prepare and analyze monthly Profit & Loss statements
• Generate monthly balance sheets and financial reports
• Ensure accurate salary and wages processing
• Handle statutory payments and compliance
• Manage GST filing and coordination with auditors
• Maintain proper documentation and financial records
• Work with accounting and billing software for daily operations

• RequirementsGood knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Experience with software such as Tally Prime, Petpooja, or similar billing tools
• Understanding of GST regulations and filing procedures
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
