Job Description
We are looking for a capable Accountant cum HR Executive to handle daily accounting tasks, billing, and basic HR/Payroll activities for our office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounts (60% of work):
- Day-to-day data entry in Tally.
- Preparing Invoices/Bills and tracking customer payments.
- Handling Bank Reconciliation (BRS) and petty cash.
- Coordinating with CA for GST and TDS data.
2. HR & Admin (40% of work):
- Managing employee attendance and monthly salary/payroll processing.
- Maintaining staff records and daily office documentation.
- Assisting in basic hiring/interview scheduling when required.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA or any degree with relevant experience.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years (Freshers with strong Tally knowledge can also apply).
- Software Skills: Tally Prime, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Language: Fluent in Tamil and Basic English.
