Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven HR Recruiter & Talent Manager to lead our end-to-end recruitment process and oversee employee management within our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing both skilled shop-floor operators and specialized technical/administrative staff. Beyond hiring, you will act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring high retention, smooth onboarding, and a safe, productive work environment.

- Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & RecruitmentEnd-to-End Sourcing: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, including, assembly workers, quality inspectors, warehouse staff, engineers, and supervisors.
- Diverse Sourcing Channels: Utilize job boards, local community outreach, technical schools, job fairs, and staffing agencies to maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, coordinate technical interviews with plant managers, and assess candidates for skills, reliability, and culture fit.
- Offer Management: Handle salary negotiations, background checks, drug screenings, and the formal job offer process.
- 2. Employee Onboarding & Management Seamless Onboarding: Design and facilitate orientation programs that integrate new hires smoothly into the manufacturing environment.
- Safety Compliance Integration: Partner with the Safety/HSE team to ensure all new hires receive mandatory safety training before entering the production floor.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances, and conflict resolution on the shop floor.
- Performance Tracking: Assist department heads with periodic performance reviews, attendance tracking, and disciplinary actions if necessary.
- 3. Retention & Compliance Retention Initiatives: Analyze turnover rates and implement strategies (e.g., employee appreciation, feedback loops) to improve workforce stability.
