Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to support the company's human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, onboarding, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.

Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

Employee Onboarding

Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.

Collect and maintain employee documents.

Assist new employees with joining formalities.

HR Operations

Maintain employee attendance and leave records.

Update employee databases and HR documentation.

Support payroll inputs and employee records management.

Employee Engagement

Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

Address employee queries and provide HR support.

Promote a positive workplace culture.

Compliance & Administration

Ensure adherence to company policies.

Maintain HR files and confidential records.

Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Qualification

Any Bachelor's Degree (BBA, B.Com, MBA HR preferred).
