Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining company products/services, maintaining follow-ups, and achieving daily targets.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Make outbound calls to customers/leads
  2. Explain products and services professionally
  3. Generate and maintain customer leads
  4. Maintain follow-ups
  5. Achieve daily and monthly targets
  6. Build good customer relationships


Requirements:

  1. Good communication and convincing skills
  2. Positive attitude and teamwork
  3. Sales/telecalling experience is an added advantage
