Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clarity and professionalism
  • Resolve issues and provide quick, effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and feedback
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams for escalated queries


Requirements:


  • Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication & active listening skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (typing, navigation, email)
  • Positive attitude & ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Willingness to work on-site and learn new skills
  • Freshers welcome - full training provided
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a bonus
