Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services. The role requires integrating these solutions into robust application pipelines that are ready for production environments. The work often includes applying generative AI models and exploring various domains such as deep learning, neural networks, conversational agents, and image analysis. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and machine learning models to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML).
- Experience in developing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to design scalable and production-ready AI pipelines.
- Experience with chatbot development and image processing techniques.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
