Evolve more predictive and intelligent testing approaches based on automation and innovative testing products and solutions.

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:
As a Test Automation Lead, your day involves spearheading the evolution of testing practices to establish a seamless and efficient quality engineering process. You focus on enhancing control, accuracy, and integrity by integrating advanced quality methodologies and tools. Your role includes driving innovation in testing approaches, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring that testing activities align with organizational goals to deliver reliable and high-quality software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices across projects.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of testing strategies with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
- Good To Have Skills: Core Banking, Selenium, Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable test plans that cover functional and regression testing.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop effective testing solutions that improve software quality.
- Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies and the ability to adapt them to evolving project needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
