Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, your day involves serving as the primary liaison between clients and the system or application environment. You dedicate your efforts to maintaining high-quality service by effectively communicating with clients and internal teams. Your role requires you to identify client issues precisely and develop well-informed solutions, ensuring the continuous and smooth operation of critical systems. This position demands attentiveness to detail and a proactive approach to problem resolution, fostering a reliable and efficient technology experience for all stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Document and share knowledge to support team learning and continuous improvement.
- Assist junior team members in understanding complex issues and developing troubleshooting skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
- Strong understanding of Linux system architecture and command-line tools.
- Experience in monitoring and maintaining system health and performance.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system configuration and application integration.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of security best practices and patch management in Linux environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
