Job Description
➢ Manage and support franchisees within the assigned territory/state.
➢ Supervise franchise sales teams and operational staff for effective business execution.
➢ Guide franchise partners to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
➢ Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, and channel partners.
➢ Monitor franchise business performance and provide strategic support for business growth.
➢ Conduct regular franchise reviews, Filed visits, and performance evaluations.
➢ Plan and execute business development activities for market expansion and lead generation.
➢ Support franchisees in customer engagement, local marketing activities, and conversion
improvement.
➢ Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing, installation support, and
customer satisfaction.
➢ Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback for business
improvement.
➢ Ensure franchise partners maintain brand standards and operational discipline.
