Summary:

The individual supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring that business objectives are met through well-defined operating models and technology integration. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align business strategies with operational capabilities is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements in business processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
