Summary:
As a Business Architect, your typical day involves identifying opportunities that can bring measurable value to the organization by thoroughly evaluating the existing business environment. You will engage in gathering and understanding high-level requirements from various stakeholders and work on defining effective business solutions. Your role includes translating complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and designing operating models that align with strategic goals. Additionally, you will support organizational transformation efforts by developing comprehensive business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business solutions meet organizational needs.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of business processes and frameworks.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and suggest enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Ariba.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear and actionable technology solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and supporting strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Capability to guide and support transformation initiatives within complex environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Ariba.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
