Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, WhatsApp, social media and direct outreach.
- Contact hotels, resorts, hospitals, hostels and other hospitality businesses to introduce our products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable linen and textile solutions.
- Prepare quotations, follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Production and Dispatch teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and sales.
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities when required.
Preferred Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
- Experience in hospitality, textiles or B2B sales is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn can also apply.
