Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, webinars, and referrals
- Counsel students and working professionals about courses and career opportunities
- Explain course features, pricing, certifications, and learning outcomes
- Conduct demo sessions and follow-ups with prospective learners
- Convert leads into paid enrollments
- Maintain CRM records and daily sales reports
- Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets
- Build relationships with colleges, institutions, and training partners
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaigns and onboarding
Lead generation, relationship management, and achieving sales targets are common expectations in current EdTech BDE roles
