Job Description
- Job Responsibilities -Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot CCTV, DVR, NVR, IP cameras, and networking issues.
- Perform preventive maintenance and service visits.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve technical issues.
- Install and configure biometric devices, access control systems, and related security products.
- Prepare service reports and update job status after each visit.
- Coordinate with customers and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Follow company SOPs and safety procedures.
- RequirementsITI / Diploma / BE in Electrical, Electronics, ECE, or a related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, networking, and electrical work.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
