Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners, including distributors, resellers, and retail partners.
  • Drive primary and secondary sales for IT hardware products such as laptops, desktops, and printers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Conduct regular partner visits, training, and engagement programs.
  • Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for product positioning, promotions, and schemes.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
  • Ensure proper inventory planning and stock availability with partners.
  • Resolve partner issues related to pricing, delivery, and service support.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in IT hardware industry.
  • Strong knowledge of laptop, desktop, and printer ecosystems.
  • Experience working with leading OEMs such as HP Inc., Dell Technologies, Lenovo Group, Canon Inc., or Epson is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in channel-driven business.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Good understanding of pricing models, margins, and distribution structures.
