Summary:
As a Cloud Operations Administrator, a typical day involves collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager to oversee capacity management, ensuring that cloud resources are efficiently allocated and utilized. The role includes managing billing and show back operations to maintain transparency and accuracy in cloud expenditure. Additionally, the position requires continuous efforts in cost optimization across various cloud environments, balancing performance and budget considerations. This role demands proactive monitoring and coordination to support seamless cloud operations and contribute to the overall effectiveness of cloud infrastructure management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Monitor cloud resource utilization and recommend adjustments to optimize capacity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of cloud operations with business objectives.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of billing reports to support financial transparency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on cloud operations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SUSE Linux Administration.
- Experience in managing cloud infrastructure and performing capacity planning.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to Linux-based cloud environments.
- Familiarity with billing and cost management tools in cloud platforms.
- Ability to analyze system performance and implement cost optimization strategies.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with service delivery and technical teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SUSE Linux Administration.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
