Role Overview:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and operationally strong Warehouse & Logistics Executive to manage daily warehouse activities, inventory accuracy, and logistics coordination.
• The role involves maintaining systematic stock records, handling dispatch and inward operations, coordinating transport and container movements, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse and logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update daily inward and outward stock movements accurately
• Ensure proper inventory control through regular physical stock verification and reconciliation
• Maintain stock records, inventory registers, and Excel-based tracking systems
• Coordinate dispatches, material receipts, return materials, and inter-location stock movement
• Handle logistics operations including porter booking, travel booking, vehicle arrangement, and container booking coordination
• Coordinate with transport vendors, drivers, warehouse teams, and internal departments for timely movement of materials
• Monitor loading, unloading, packing, and material handling activities
• Identify stock variances and report discrepancies immediately
• Ensure proper documentation of warehouse and logistics transactions
• Support periodic stock audits and inventory checks
• Maintain warehouse discipline, storage standards, and operational efficiency
• Candidate Profile3 – 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics coordination
• Strong knowledge of stock handling, inward/outward processes, and inventory control
• Experience in logistics coordination, transport booking, or dispatch management preferred
• Good working knowledge of Excel and inventory tracking systems
• Comfortable with hands-on warehouse and operational activities
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation
• Responsible, disciplined, and capable of handling daily operational coordination independently
